and will be attending in summer 2026?
If yes, we invite you to apply for a paid SYEP opportunity with District 75!! Students can attend summer school and receive all the services provided by their Individualized Education Program (IEP), earn high school
credits (if applicable), participate in project-based learning activities and/or gain valuable work experience that is helpful for future work or college experiences.

Important Reminders
• The language on the SYEP application page can be changed by clicking the English tab
at the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
• Fill out the SYEP application completely. Do not leave anything blank.
• Include two email addresses that you check regularly. Do not use your school email
address.
• For the questions: Does the applicant have a disability? and Does the applicant have an
Individualized Education Program (IEP)? - You must answer YES.
• Enter DBN#. Example: 75MXXX. 75 is the District, M is for Manhattan and XXX is the
school number, (Other boroughs the school is in X is Bronx, Q is Queens, R is Staten
Island and K is Brooklyn). If you are unsure of the DBN, ask your school.
• For the question: Is the applicant a current DOE - D79 Student? Parents or youth should
respond NO.
• Referring Agency – Should be left
• NO PIN # is required.
• Review the summary page to make sure that ALL information entered is correct.
• Your selected provider should be New York City Department of Education - D75
