The Office of Assessment and Accountability
The Office of Assessment and Accountability provides district-wide support around the areas of Assessments, Academic Policy, Accountability and Compliance, Data Management, and Analysis.
Assessments
- Coordinates with schools for training, test scoring, and proctoring of Standardized Assessments.
- Coordinates with schools for training in administration and data analysis of Alternate Assessments.
Academic Policy, Accountability and Compliance
- Supports operations of schools related to programming, grading, promotion and graduation, assessments, grades, program requirements, student records, and retentions.
Data Management and Analysis
- Manage and govern district data related to the directory, official class management, and school programming.
- Provide district and school-level support in leveraging insights from data systems and reports to make strategic and data-based decisions.
